Bank-auction properties across India, in one place
Valuerity collects the sale notices banks publish for properties they are auctioning under the SARFAESI Act, reads the outstanding dues, possession status and auction terms straight from each notice, and keeps the list current.

What each listing tells you
Read from the bank's own sale notice. Not every notice states everything, so the share of live listings with each detail is shown.
How the data is built
-
Collected from the auction portals
Every live property on BankEAuctions and BAANKNET is picked up twice a day, along with the sale notice the bank published for it.
-
Read from the notice itself
Notices are often scanned newspaper pages in Hindi or a regional language. Each one is read page by page to find this lender's notice and this property's row.
-
Checked before it's shown
A dues figure is kept only if it matches the exact text of the notice it came from. Anything that can't be matched is left blank rather than guessed.
